Thur 29th July...1ft maybe 2ft on sets cleanish small surf, with light northwesterly onshore winds early on. The wind is expected to increase a little in strength and blow from a generally northwesterly onshore direction later. Could become a little more consistent around low tide, but will be a little choppy as the wind increases        

Enjoy your surf, stay safe. If  you're unsure about the conditions ask for advice. If there are no lifeguards on the beach of your choice, ask in the surf, or surf hire shops, also check out the surf schools. If you see someone in difficulty in the sea or on the beach and there are no lifeguards, dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
