Nestled between the expansive ocean and the rugged coastline of North Devon Baggy’s is the perfect location to get away from it all. Our yoga room enjoys a dual aspect view of the sea, so you will never feel far away from the elements.
With over 15 years of yoga teaching experience, Philip will provide you with expert practical and theoretical tuition.
A maximum group size of 12 will mean you will receive individual tuition allowing you to develop your yoga practice regardless of your current level and experience.
The Tutor
Philip Flitman has been working for 15 years as a Yoga teacher and therapist. He trained through Lisseliane Vebster and Swami Satchidananda of Integral Yoga) and Satyamvidya Integral Yoga with 3 years of intensive training in the UK and India Vivekananda Kendra Ashram.
The Yoga
This Yoga is gentle and loving, deep and potent. It is a holistic healing experience that is expansive, revealing, nourishing on all levels; mind, body and spirit. Philip will use a combination of tools such as Pranayama (breathing), Hatha postures, Mundra and Dandhas, meditation, visualization and inner journeying. Love and its unconditional infinite nature being the medium through which all will unfold.
There will also be ‘inspired writing’ sessions available during the day. This will allow each of us to access and explore our connections to spirit, higher guidance and healing directly through the medium of writing.
Philip can also provide past life recession therapy, For more information please call Philip or Baggy Lodge.
